2015 saw a strengthening of the links between NAFEMS and ASME with increased collaboration between the AMWG (Analysis Management Working Group) and the V&V 10 committee (Verification and Validation in Computational Structural Mechanics). The AMWG were invited present at a dedicated session at the ASME V&V symposium in Las Vegas in May while in June the V&V 10 committee hosted a dedicated session at the NAFEMS World Congress in San Diego.
We hope the links between the two organisations will continue to strength in 2016 with the AMWG again looking forward to attending and presenting at the ASME V&V Symposium in Las Vegas from the 16th to the 20th of May.
