Mr. Felice is Global Manager of Powertrain NVH CAE engineering at Ford Motor Company. He heads a large team of well over 100 CAE engineers located in North America, Europe, Australia and India.

As a global leader, Mr. Felice is also responsible for establishing common analytical methods and processes across all Ford global engineering organizations. His team also provides Advanced Research support for new Powertrain Technologies, as well as development and implementation of new CAE analysis methodologies throughout Ford Motor Company.
Mr. Felice has been employed with Ford Motor Company for 40 years. During this time he's held a number of positions specializing in design and analysis of engine components and sub-systems, as well as full powertrain system. Some of these include:
Thirty of his forty years at Ford have been spent in the application, development, and institutionalization of CAE methods and processes. These include the use of multi-physics and multidisciplinary solutions across multiple attribute CAE assessments of powertrains.
Within this field, he has published and presented at many international symposiums and conferences. Mr. Felice has also been invited to numerous conferences as keynote speaker and has taught courses to Engineering students at the Universities of Naples and Rome in Italy.
Mr. Felice holds degrees in Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Fairleigh Dickinson University (New Jersey) and Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
