ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS:

Dane. E. Holmes is the Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Eskalera, Inc., an enterprise software company that builds inclusive, productive work cultures through people empowerment and data-based insights. Prior to Eskalera, he was the global head of Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs from 2017 to 2019 and served as a member of the firm’s Management Committee. During his career, he served on a variety of additional global committees, including Partnership Committee, Risk Committee, Client and Business Standards Committee, Finance Committee, and Global Diversity Committee. Dane also serves on the board of KKR & Co. Inc. and on several non-profit boards.

Dr. Janxin Leu is the Chief Client Experience officer at Eskalera and has 20 yrs experience in people analytics, diversity science, and tech behavior change. She's an award-winning social psychologist with a passion for driving inclusion and elevating people's experience at work. Janxin applies a mashup of innovative analytics, behavior change science, and research expertise to scale impact at workplaces using tech. She advised the C-suite at Facebook and was a founding member of their People Analytics group. As a professor at the University of Washington, she published dozens of articles on the impact of race, gender, and immigration status on well-being. Her education includes a B.A. from Stanford, PhD. from the University of Michigan, and a Robert Wood Johnson Health & Society postdoc in social epidemiology at the University of California, San Francisco and Berkeley.
