We've outlined the opportunities and responsibilities for those considering presenting at our upcoming conference.
28.03.2024 | Deadline to submit presentations and the extended abstracts |
24.04.2024 | Start of the conference |
We recommend securing your accommodation early, followed by conference registration. While you're welcome to choose any accommodation in Kraków, we've provided a link for discounted bookings at the conference venue.
Submitting an extended abstract and a presentation is required for participation as a speaker. The extended abstracts will be featured in the conference proceedings.
Presenters will have 15 minutes to present, which will be followed by a 5 minute discussion session led by the session chair.
Post-event, with your consent, the presentation will be made available in the NAFEMS Resource Center. You'll also have the opportunity to revise your presentation before submitting it for upload.
Outstanding extended abstract submissions will be shortlisted by the Review Committee for potential publication in the peer-reviewed Engineering Modelling, Analysis and Simulation Journal. We will assist you in transitioning your conference paper into a journal article.
