NAFEMS Iberia invites you to be a sponsor for this event. We offer 3 levels of sponsorship (Sponsor, Exhibitor and Advertiser) with the possibility of an exhibition stand in the break-out area, registration of delegates, recognition on our marketing material, a 5-minute commercial presentation, etc. More details on next page.

Sponsorships Options

Sponsorship package

• Recognized as sponsor on all marketing material
• Official sponsor and logo on the event website and digital proceedings,
  with a link to your preferred website
• Inclusion in email promotions to delegates in advance of the conference
• Enclose company promotional material in digital delegate pack
• Attendance of 3 staff members at the event (if limits need be imposed)
• Featured in opening and closing speeches
• 5-minute sponsor presentation before or after one of the breaks
• Area (approx. 3mx2m) to erect pop-up and display banner including
  exhibition table, chairs, electrical connection, etc.

Price € 900 (not including taxes)

Exhibitor package

• Recognized as exhibitor on all marketing material
• Company name and logo on the event website and digital proceedings,
  with a link to your preferred website
• Enclose company promotional material in digital delegate pack
• Attendance of 3 staff members at the event (if limits need be imposed)
• Area (approx. 3mx2m) to erect pop-up and display banner including
  exhibition table, chairs, electrical connection, etc.

Advertiser package

  with a link to your preferred website
