In recent years, there has been a growing emphasis on diversity and inclusion throughout many industries, recognizing the importance of equal representation and opportunities for everyone. This is why we established the Women in Simulation Engineering (WISE) subcommittee of the NAFEMS Americas Regional Steering Committee. This group is dedicated to increasing women’s participation and empowerment in the rapidly evolving field of simulation engineering.
