Where does the industry need to go in the next 25 years? Anisotropy for Efficiency, Certification by Analysis, Simulation-based Manufacturing, Robust Multi-Scale Simulation, and Pervasive Composites Knowledge and Learning are the Grand Challenges for the composites industry. Addressing each of these challenges through simulation is the mission and vision of the Composites Design and Manufacturing HUB (cdmHUB.org).
