The ASSESS Initiative has published a Strategic Insight Paper to provide information, insights, and clarity on the different forms of democratization of engineering simulation including different purposes, requirements, valid approaches and issues. This article is a summary of the paper, NAFEMS members can download it in full. “Democratization of Engineering Simulation means a significant expansion in the use of Engineering Simulation by all users in a reliable way, for whom access to the power of Engineering Simulation would be beneficial.”
