The NAFEMS Eastern European 2020 Virtual Conference took place on the 23rd and 24th of September 2020. The event gave participants access to high level presentations in the field of structural mechanics, computational fluid dynamics, electromagnetics and discrete element methods.

Resource Abstract

Presenting R&D works and AI engineering applications from different industrial areas, this talk illustrates how artificial neural Networks (nN) can be used for instant design variations and live AI predictions of the key mechanical properties of any products and designs – from stiffness and durability, over vibrations and acoustics, up to fluid dynamics and crash behaviour et al – and how nN, thus, can lead to both massive reductions of product development times and costs, and most significant improvements of product quality.
