Summary

This manuscript presents research complex of a welded joint with defects as cracks on the basis of the finite element method. We adduce formulas of analytical dependence between equivalent strain and the following two factors: ratio of length of a crack to width of a sample; ratio load, working on a sample, to ultimate load.
