Resource Abstract
In this paper, we present an automated rotor blades’ eigenfrequencies detuning module. It is a part of custom solution for 3D simulation driven design automation and optimization studies deployed at UTW. Eigenfrequencies detuning is considered as parametric optimization problem based on automated modal analysis of preloaded blade. Proposed novel adaptive DoE methodology is efficient for analysis of heavy simulation models and provides more feasible designs within limited budget than standard approach.
