Three major CAE fields play major roles in vehicle development process and also in the duration of the overall CAE evaluation process. The three fields are crash worthiness, NVH, and durability. These numerical solutions have been performed by Multi-Model Multi-Solver (MMMS) method using different modeling techniques and commercial software for each of the field. Thus, it is difficult to deliver the final optimal design on time, considering overall performance of all CAE results. This article summarizes the study on the unified CAE solution, One-Model One-Solver (OMOS) method that can minimize the modeling man-hour by sharing a unified model within all CAE fields, which also makes optimization process and automation effectively. This effort is essential to prepare for the effective MDO (Multi Disciplinary Optimization) and Stochastic study.
