Cancellation up to January 23rd 2024: 25% refund of the agreed sponsorship fee.

Cancellation after January 23rd 2024 and no show, sponsorship fees are 100% non-refundable.

Exhibitors

Cancellation up to February 20th 2024: 100% refund of the agreed exhibitor fee.

Cancellation up to March 13th 2024: 25% refund of the agreed exhibitor fee.

Cancellation after March 13^th2024 and no show: Exhibitor fees are 100% non-refundable.
